Led a full brand refresh and packaging redesign for First Aid Beauty, evolving a 15+ year-old system while preserving the equity consumers already trusted. Over two years, 50+ SKUs were reworked into a cleaner, more cohesive expression across packaging, website, visual merchandising, photography, tone of voice, and campaign systems.
Focused on clarity, consistency, and shelf impact, the refresh improved product storytelling across retail, e-commerce, social, and paid while elevating the experience with cost efficiency.
